Event Non-Disclosure Agreement — Draft for Approval

1. Purpose

In connection with attending the unveiling of Ahmed Helmy’s wax figure at Madame Tussauds Dubai on 6 November 2026 (the “Event”), the participant may receive or observe confidential or proprietary information belonging to the organiser, its affiliates, partners, suppliers or other participants (“Confidential Information”).

2. Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes information marked confidential and information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in the circumstances, whether disclosed orally, visually, electronically or in writing.

3. Participant obligations

The participant agrees to use Confidential Information only for purposes connected with attending the Event, keep it confidential, not disclose it to third parties without prior written permission, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, copying, recording or distribution.

4. Exclusions

These obligations do not apply to information that becomes publicly available without breach, was lawfully known beforehand, is independently developed without using the Confidential Information, or is lawfully received from a third party without a confidentiality obligation.

5. Disclosure required by law

If disclosure is legally required, the participant may disclose only what is required and, where legally permitted, will provide advance notice to the relevant disclosing party.

6. Ownership

Confidential Information remains the property of its owner. No intellectual property licence, partnership or other commercial relationship is created by this Agreement or by attending the Event.

7. Term and applicable law

The duration of confidentiality obligations and applicable law and jurisdiction must be inserted and approved by the organiser before this agreement is used.

8. General

This agreement should be finalised by the organiser before registration opens. By accepting the final agreement, the participant confirms they have read and agree to its terms.
